Tried and true, is paramount with this collection of favorite recipes comprised of my originals, contributions from family and friends, and recipes from any number of sources that have been family tested, and determined to be keepers.  Where a recipe originated outside the family, due credit is given.  Otherwise it's either an original, or so modified from the original as to stand as a new creation.  As mentioned, every recipe has been tested, but that is not to say that there may not be errors - late night editing sessions can lead to mistakes.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you find mistakes or omissions.  Feel free to use and share these recipes - even claim the credit at the dinner table if you wish.  But if you ever post any of these recipes in a public forum please ensure the author is properly credited.
