Title: Cream Cheese and Crab

  This is so simple to prepare and everyone loves it.  This is best with fresh crabmeat but substitute the canned stuff in a pinch.
  • 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 6 ounces crab meat, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces of your favorite cocktail sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of horseradish

Place the block of cream cheese on a platter at least a couple of inches larger than the block of cheese.  Mix the crab meat, cocktail sauce and horseradish together and pour over the block of cream cheese.  Serve with crackers.
